Earthquake

Heh, we just had an earthquake! How cool. It's like disaster central here, maybe... Though, admiteddly I didn't notice a thing, though some of the others felt a little tremor. According to the Japanese Meteorological Agency, the epicenter was at in the sea to the west of Fukuoka (33.8°N, 130.1°E), it had a depth of 10km and was 4.2.

Okay ... you got me beat ... all of a sudden you just burst out with a ton of entries after a long period of silence! And all I can thing to say to most of it is: I have yet to see any type of Japanese food that appeals in the least to me! I like Chinese, Indian, Italian ... but the Japanese items all look too cold, or plastic or somehow just generally unappealing.

Showing my ethnocentrism there I guess.

PS:

Earthquakes, though ... had a couple in Jakarta. Rather unsettling feeling, isn't it?

Not too bad, though, so long as you don't hear the building you are in creaking TOO overly much.

Steve.
